Benefits of our thread made of PTFE:
NETT is a manufacturer of PTFE sewing thread. NETTtex® is the company's brand name. The PTFE thread was made by mixing polytetrafluoroethylene disperse by a special mixing technique. Product thread is complete, oxidation resistance, light fastness is good, and has good temperature resistance UV-resistant and corrosion resistance.
The specifications of NETTtex® PTFE Thread produced by us are 900D-10000D.
We also offer different colors of PTFE yarn for different customers’ requests.
NETTtex® proprietary PTFE yarn achieves strong strength retention at high temperature.
Material of NETTtex® PTFE Thread:
This material offers many exceptional qualities, such as resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation, corrosion, and high temperatures (-196 to 260°C).
100% PTFE resin from Dupont or Dakin.
Features of NETTtex® PTFE Thread:
Excellent high temperature resistance: For extended periods of time, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) can endure temperatures as high as 220°C without melting or degrading.
Chemical resistance: The longest-lasting thread available is Polytetrafluoroethylene Colored Thread. Strong and flexible thermoplastic polymers are PTFE and ePTFE. They provide superior sewing performance by being resistant to UV radiation, solvents, and friction.
Tensile strength: The market's longest-lasting thread is Polytetrafluoroethylene Colored Sewing Thread. The thermoplastic polymers PTFE and ePTFE are robust and pliable. For superior sewing performance, they are resistant to chemicals, UV radiation, and friction.

Filter bag: For sewing dust filter bags composed of different materials like PTFE, fiberglass, PPS, Nomex, P84, and others, PTFE colored sewing thread is a common option. Numerous industries utilize these filter bags to gather and remove dust, particles, and other contaminants. PTFE colored sewing thread is a great option for guaranteeing the longevity and efficiency of these filter bags because of its superior temperature and chemical resistance.
Sports goods & outdoor applications: Used for shade sails, large structural awnings, car umbrellas, patio furniture, Marine canvas, boat covers, heavy duty vinyl or clear vinyl. Try PTFE Colored sewing thread for your next big project.
Sewing in high-temperature environments: Because it can tolerate temperatures between -196 and 260°C, PTFE Industrial Sewing Thread 1350dtex(1200D) is a great option for sewing in hot conditions. This makes it perfect for processes involving high temperatures. In addition, the material is ideal for use in high-temperature environments due to its remarkable resistance to hydrolysis, oxidation, and corrosion. The durability and ability to withstand harsh manufacturing environments of the sewn objects or equipment is ensured by the use of PTFE Colored sewing thread.
Chemical industry: The chemical industry frequently uses PTFE Industrial Sewing Thread 1350dtex(1200D) to sew equipment or containers that require contact with corrosive chemicals. The reason for this is because PTFE's chemical resistance is exceptional and is highly rated for this purpose. The material is non-reactive and resistant to chemical attack, making it ideal for use in corrosive environments and with harsh chemicals. PTFE has a low friction coefficient, is hydrophobic, and is non-stick. Thus, it can withstand exposure to strong acids, alkaline substances, and other highly corrosive chemicals without degrading or losing its structural integrity. Using PTFE colored sewing thread in the chemical industry ensures that the sewn equipment or containers remain durable and operate optimally, resulting in an extended equipment life span.
Medical industry: In the medical device manufacturing sector, PTFE Industrial Sewing Thread 1350dtex(1200D)is widely used to sew a variety of laboratory and high-temperature sterilization apparatus. Devices and equipment used in these environments must be resistant to corrosive materials, high temperatures, and stress. For these uses, PTFE colored sewing thread is ideal because it offers remarkable durability, chemical resistance, and high temperature resistance. The thread can withstand aggressive sterilization procedures involving high temperatures and pressure and is non-toxic and chemically inert. In order to guarantee optimal performance, robustness, and safety, it is used to sew medical devices such as surgical instruments, implants, and other equipment. Because of its special qualities, PTFE sewing thread is in high demand in the medical device manufacturing sector, where dependability and accuracy are essential.
